There are many tasks that can be fulfilled by individuals who do not want to take on a paid position demanding a commitment of many hours over many weeks.
This type of volunteer work can be scheduled at a later date.
The list of tasks, responsibilities, and job descriptions will be created.
A pool of volunteers will be recruited, trained, and supervised.
Volunteers will be rewarded with access to the horsemanship instruction and training. They may also participate in the Peace Training program.
