Confidence and Efficacy

For a person to be a good rider or a great rider it will take a great deal of skill, training, hard work, and dedication and belief in himself or herself.

Likewise, for a person to become a peace maker it will take courage, knowledge, conviction, belief in a higher power, social skills, negotiating skills, energy, and hard work.

If a person believes that he or she can do something, accomplish something, achieve something, that person has a greater chance of success than a person who has never had such a success and has never had a sense of efficacy (“I can do it”) built into his soul and core.
